The existing building was a small two bed terraced house sitting in a conservation area in Richmond.

The work included a total refurbishment of this property. And a roof and a modern rear extension which was designed to maximise the natural daylight and provide open plan living. The final design included three bedrooms with a ensuite in the master bedroom.
