Richmond Garden Studio

The existing building consisted of a dilapidated double garage sitting in a conservation area in Richmond.

The work included merging two single garages to form a double garage and a total refurbishment. A new steel structure was added to support a garden studio at first floor level.

The garage sit on the grounds of a large Georgian house, so the client was keen to use a sympathetic classical aesthetic.
